Send photos of the full pile and any unusually heavy items. Weight, safe access, and disposal requirements are reviewed before acceptance. Tell us about refrigerants, fuel, or other substances still inside equipment.

Do not mix excluded materials into a pickup pile. If you are unsure about an item, describe it before scheduling. We can review the request, but cannot promise acceptance from a photo alone.

Where does it go?

Disposal requirements are reviewed with your items. If you want to discuss donation or recycling for reusable belongings, include that in your request. We do not guarantee donation acceptance, a tax receipt, or a landfill-diversion percentage.

Can you take appliances and electronics?

We review appliances, electronics, and office equipment for acceptance. Send photos and mention refrigerants, batteries, fuel, or other substances in equipment so the disposal requirements can be assessed.

Do you remove attached cabinets, countertops, hot tubs, or pianos?

Describe any unusual or very heavy item before scheduling. Standard item acceptance does not automatically include disconnection, dismantling, demolition, or specialist heavy-item removal. We review what can be safely included and do not promise these services from a photo alone.

Can you clear garages, basements, attics, or yards?

You can request removal of accepted items from these spaces. Stairs, safe access, height restrictions, carrying distance, and item weight are reviewed before we confirm the scope and quote.

What cannot go in a standard load?

Hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, automotive fluids and batteries, pressurized or explosive items, medical or biohazard waste, asbestos, and other dangerous materials are excluded. Keep these items separate and ask about uncertain items before scheduling.

PRIVACY INFORMATION

Your estimate details and photos are used to review your project, prepare a quote, and follow up about the requested cleanout. Please avoid including faces, personal documents, payment details, or other sensitive information in photos.

The email request builder works in your browser and opens your own email app. Nothing is automatically submitted or stored by that builder. Text and phone links open your messaging or calling app. Email is delivered to estatecleaningservicesga@gmail.com through Gmail. Your email and messaging providers process communications under their own terms.

Online estimate requests are processed by FormSubmit, which emails the submitted contact details, project description, and optional photos to estatecleaningservicesga@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submission records for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its submission archive. Its spam checks may include Google reCAPTCHA. FormSubmit privacy policy.

No marketing analytics or advertising trackers have been added. Hosting providers may process technical and security logs. For questions about your information or to request deletion of business-held inquiry messages, email estatecleaningservicesga@gmail.com. The business retains inquiries only as needed to handle the request, deliver agreed services, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs.
