Junk Removal FAQs
Still have questions? Start with these answers, then call or text us about your project.
How much does junk removal cost?
Single items start at $75, small loads at $100, quarter-truck loads at $250, half-truck loads are $350, three-quarter loads start at $500, and full loads start at $650. Weight, item type, access, and disposal needs are reviewed before you approve your quote.
What types of items can your team remove?
We review furniture, appliances, electronics, office equipment, household clutter, yard waste, renovation debris, and bulky items for acceptance. Paint, chemicals, fuel, automotive fluids and batteries, pressurized or explosive items, medical waste, and asbestos are excluded.
Do you recycle or donate items?
We consider donation, recycling, and reuse options for suitable furniture, electronics, and household items. Condition, local facility requirements, and transport arrangements determine what is possible. These arrangements are confirmed in your project scope. Donation acceptance and a specific recycling rate are not guaranteed.
Do you provide estate cleanouts or hoarding cleanups?
We provide estate cleanouts for downsizing, probate-related transitions, and helping family members. For very heavy clutter or a possible hoarding situation, send details so we can review the scope. We do not advertise specialist hoarding remediation. Biohazards, hazardous materials, and unsafe conditions are outside our standard service.
Is junk removal available for businesses?
Businesses can request removal of approved office furniture, equipment, and general clutter. Tell us about the premises, building access, loading restrictions, and items to remove so we can review the project. Ongoing contracts and specialist waste services are not included automatically.
Do you offer same-day or next-day junk removal?
Ask about your preferred day when you send your photos. Same-day and next-day requests depend on availability, your location, and the project scope. A date is confirmed only after we review the request and agree the quote.
Do you offer curbside junk pickup?
You can request pickup of accepted items already at a driveway or curbside location. Tell us where they are and send photos before moving anything outside. We confirm item acceptance, safe loading access, pricing, and scheduling first.
How quickly can we schedule an appointment?
Send photos, your ZIP code, access details, and preferred timing. We review the work, provide a quote, and confirm an available appointment with you. An online request does not reserve a time or book a job automatically.
How do I get the $20 online-booking discount?
Use the online estimate form to request your cleanout. The request includes the $20 online-booking offer. The discount is applied to your agreed quote when the job is confirmed through the online request. One $20 discount applies per booked job. The form itself does not confirm an appointment.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BOOK
Garage Cleanout FAQs
Still have questions? Start with these answers, then call or text us about your project.
Do I need to sort everything before you arrive?
No. Sorting help can be part of the agreed garage-cleanout scope. You decide what stays and goes. Set aside valuables, personal documents, and anything that must not be removed.
Can you clear part of a garage?
Yes. Tell us which corner, area, or items you want cleared. You can request a partial cleanout or a larger garage clearout. We quote the agreed work and review the access before scheduling.
Is sweeping included?
A final sweep of the cleared area is part of the agreed garage-cleanout scope. Deep cleaning, pressure washing, stain removal, repairs, and storage installation are excluded.
What should I photograph for a garage estimate?
Send a wide view of the garage, close-ups of larger items, and the route to the loading area. Include your ZIP code, what must stay, and any stairs or especially heavy items. Avoid showing personal records or sensitive information.
What happens to paint, fuel, or chemicals in the garage?
Keep them separate from the removal pile. Paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, automotive fluids and batteries, pressurized containers, and other hazardous materials are not accepted in a standard cleanout.
How is a garage cleanout priced?
We review load size, sorting needs, weight, access, and disposal requirements. The load guide helps with planning, and you approve the project quote before scheduling. Request online to include the $20 online-booking offer.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BOOK
Estate Cleanout FAQs
Still have questions? Start with these answers, then call or text us about your project.
Can you clear a full home, apartment, or condo?
Yes. We offer selected-room and full-property estate cleanouts after reviewing the scope and access. Tell us what needs to stay and which spaces should be cleared.
Can you help when a family is downsizing or dealing with probate?
Yes. We provide practical cleanout support for downsizing, probate-related transitions, and helping family members. We agree the removal plan with you and identify belongings, records, and keepsakes that must remain untouched.
Do we need to make every sorting decision first?
No. Sorting help can be included in your project. Tell us which belongings are off limits, which should be set aside, and which items need further discussion. You make the final keep-or-remove decisions.
Can furniture and household items be donated?
We can review donation and recycling options with you. Item condition, receiving-facility requirements, and project arrangements determine what can be included. We confirm the plan before scheduling and do not promise donation acceptance or a tax receipt.
Can a family member coordinate the cleanout from a distance?
Tell us who is coordinating the project and who will be available to discuss the property and removal decisions. We review communication, access, and the agreed scope before scheduling. No items are included in the removal plan without agreement.
How is an estate cleanout priced?
We consider the amount and type of items, sorting needs, weight, building access, and disposal or donation arrangements. A full-property cleanout receives a project quote. The load guide is a planning aid, rather than an automatic flat fee for every estate.
How do we begin?
Start with a conversation or send photos, your ZIP code, and your priorities through the online form. You review the scope and quote before scheduling. Online requests include the $20 online-booking offer for a confirmed job.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BOOK
Pricing & Booking FAQs
Still have questions? Start with these answers, then call or text us about your project.
Are the guide prices final quotes?
Most tiers are starting prices. The half-truck tier is $350 for an accepted standard half load. Heavy or dense materials, difficult access, unusual items, and special disposal requirements may need an individual quote. We confirm the scope and price with you before work begins.
How much fits in a truck fraction?
The illustration shows relative usable cargo space, divided into four equal sections. Actual truck capacity and the items in your load are confirmed with your quote. It is an illustrative guide, not a photograph or fleet-ownership claim.
When is the $20 online discount applied?
The $20 discount is applied to the agreed quote when a job requested through the online form is confirmed. It is one discount per booked job. The advertised load guide shows prices before the discount.
Does submitting the form book an appointment?
No. It sends an estimate and booking request. We review the project, agree the quote, and confirm an available appointment with you. No payment is collected by this form.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BOOK
Item Acceptance FAQs
Still have questions? Start with these answers, then call or text us about your project.
Can you take appliances and electronics?
We review appliances, electronics, and office equipment for acceptance. Send photos and mention refrigerants, batteries, fuel, or other substances in equipment so the disposal requirements can be assessed.
Do you remove attached cabinets, countertops, hot tubs, or pianos?
Describe any unusual or very heavy item before scheduling. Standard item acceptance does not automatically include disconnection, dismantling, demolition, or specialist heavy-item removal. We review what can be safely included and do not promise these services from a photo alone.
Can you clear garages, basements, attics, or yards?
You can request removal of accepted items from these spaces. Stairs, safe access, height restrictions, carrying distance, and item weight are reviewed before we confirm the scope and quote.
What cannot go in a standard load?
Hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, fuel, automotive fluids and batteries, pressurized or explosive items, medical or biohazard waste, asbestos, and other dangerous materials are excluded. Keep these items separate and ask about uncertain items before scheduling.
