What can you remove?
We accept household clutter, furniture, appliances, electronics, office equipment, yard waste, renovation debris, and other bulky items after reviewing the project. Hazardous materials are excluded. See accepted and excluded items.
How much does a cleanout cost?
Pricing is based on the load size and project details. Single-item pickup starts at $75, small loads at $100, quarter loads at $250, half loads are $350, three-quarter loads start at $500, and full loads start at $650. Send photos for your quote. Do I need to sort everything first?
No. Sorting help can be included in the agreed scope. You decide what stays and what goes. Point out anything valuable, fragile, or off limits before work starts.
Do you take paint, chemicals, or hazardous materials?
Hazardous-material removal is not offered. Do not include paint, solvents, fuel, chemicals, asbestos, or similar materials in a standard cleanout request.
Can I choose the day?
Tell us your preferred timing. A date is confirmed only after the location, project scope, and availability have been reviewed. Same-day service is not promised.
Is this a deep-cleaning service?
The garage cleanout includes a final sweep of the cleared area. Pressure washing, stain removal, repairs, and deep cleaning are not part of the standard scope.
